Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician position based in Worcester, Worcestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable main dealership and advance their career within a professional environment. The successful individual will be part of a busy team committed to delivering high standards of service and repair.

Basic salary up to £35,000
OTE up to £38,000 plus performance-related bonuses

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30, plus Saturdays on a rota basisDuties of a Vehicle Technician:

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a variety of vehicles
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
Complete routine vehicle inspections and health checks
Utilise manufacturer standards to maintain high workmanship quality
Maintain health and safety standards during all repair activities
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet service targetsRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification – essential
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or similar environment
Experience working on electric vehicles and high-voltage systems is highly desirable
Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work methodically and efficiently under pressure
