We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable franchised car dealership in Hersham, Surrey, for a skilled Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Vehicle Technicians seeking to advance their career within a well-established dealership committed to quality service and staff development.

 Benefits:

Basic salary of up to £40,000, with performance-related bonuses
Paid overtime on one in three Saturdays, with an additional £25 per Saturday worked
22 days holiday plus your birthday off
Ongoing training programmes, including EV, hybrid, and electrical systems

Conduct routine vehicle servicing and repairs according to manufacturer standards
Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and efficiently using specialised diagnostic equipment
Complete work to manufacturer specifications, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
Support team colleagues and contribute to overall dealership performance
Maintain high productivity levels, with targets exceeding 125%Requirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership
Relevant industry qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to identify faults accurately
Full UK driving licence
Excellent time management and organisational skills
