We are currently seeking a Visa & Accommodation Officer to join our exciting team in The Hague. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of an international organisation dedicated to nurturing future global professionals. This temporary role (32 to 40 hours) runs from May to July/August 2026, giving you the chance to make a difference during a vibrant period of student intake.
As a Visa & Accommodation Officer, you will be responsible for managing visa application processes, assisting students in acquiring suitable accommodation, and ensuring a seamless pre-arrival experience for international students. Your role will involve liaising with students, agents, and team members across the globe to facilitate smooth transitions for our students joining The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
Visa & Accommodation Officer Duties: Supporting the processing of student visa applications by collecting, verifying, and managing documentation. Communicating effectively with applicants and agents to gather necessary information. Assisting students with their accommodation needs by providing guidance and support in securing suitable living arrangements. Ensuring all processes comply with visa regulations and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records. Contributing to a positive student experience by delivering excellent customer service and supporting students throughout their journey.
Requirements:
  * An MBO vocational qualification or a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  * Experience within an international education environment, with high proficiency in English.
  * Knowledge of student admissions and visa processing procedures.
  * Strong organisational, administrative, and data management skills.
  * Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
