Warehouse Administrator – Keep Operations Moving

Organised, accurate and ready to get stuck in? Join a busy Operations and Warehouse team where your work keeps materials, data and documentation moving smoothly.

As Warehouse Administrator, you’ll support goods-in, update ERP records, manage compliance documents and help resolve non-conformance queries. It’s a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem solving, teamwork and keeping things on track.

What You’ll Do

Operations Administration & Coordination

  * Keep daily operations running smoothly with accurate, proactive admin support

  * Act as a key coordination point for queries, actions and follow-ups

  * Support project priorities, tracking and progress updates

Non-Conformances

  * Work with Procurement and Projects to resolve MRR-related issues quickly

  * Keep records accurate and communicate status clearly

  * Spot trends, flag repeat issues and escalate when action is needed

Documentation & Compliance

  * Receive, store and link key documents, including Certificates of Conformance, in the ERP system

  * Maintain clear traceability records, including date codes, lot codes and manufacturer data

Stock Management & System Accuracy

  * Support stock checks and help maintain confidence in inventory accuracy

  * Keep ERP inventory data accurate and up to date

Goods-In & Operational Support

  * Support goods-in during busy periods to keep materials moving

  * Process incoming materials and book them accurately into the system

System & Data Management

  * Maintain accurate, timely ERP data

  * Support reporting and data extraction for better decision-making

  * Help drive consistency across operational processes

What We’re Looking For

  * A proactive, organised approach and a natural drive to keep things moving

  * Strong attention to detail and confidence working with systems and data

  * A team-focused style and the confidence to build relationships across departments

  * The ability to juggle priorities while staying accurate and focused

  * Experience in operations, stock control, supply chain, manufacturing or a similar setting would be a strong advantage
