MTrec recruitment are assisting our long-standing manufacturing client in the search for an organised and dedicated warehouse coordinator. This is a day shift role and will require the successful applicant to hold a valid FLT licence.

The Job you will do:

  * Receiving, checking, storing, and dispatching stock

  * Supporting production by supplying materials on time

  * Managing inventory and stock accuracy

  * Investigating stock discrepancies and non-conformance issues

  * Preparing orders and shipping paperwork

  * Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security standards

  * Operating warehouse systems and handling equipment

  * Coordinating with internal departments, suppliers, and auditors

  * Monitoring equipment maintenance and waste management

  * Meeting daily and weekly performance targets

  * Ensuring compliance with company procedures and environmental standards

About you:

  * You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience within a similar role

  * Be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads

  * Be capable of working independently and managing their own workload

  * Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar warehouse role

  * Hold a valid counterbalance forklift licence

  * Hold a valid UK driving licence and have the legal right to work in the UK
