Join LM Manufacturing as a Warehouse Manager supporting our regulated pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional with strong GMP/GDP knowledge, stock control expertise, team leadership experience and working knowledge of SAP, as we are implementing SAP across the business.
Key Responsibilities
  * Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receipt, storage, dispensing and dispatch
  * Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP and site procedures
  * Maintain accurate stock records, inventory controls and material traceability
  * Supervise warehouse activities, including pick and pack operations
  * Support management of BIN cards and warehouse documentation
  * Ensure material handling equipment is maintained and warehouse standards are upheld
  * Support QMS activities including deviations, non-conformances and document management
  * Support warehouse readiness and process improvements linked to SAP implementation
What We’re Looking For
  * Significant warehouse experience within pharmaceutical or regulated environments
  * Strong understanding of supply chain, stock control and warehouse operations
  * Experience leading or supervising warehouse teams
  * Working knowledge of SAP is essential
  * FLT licence preferred
  * Strong organisational, problem-solving and time management skills
