DarcyBrook is partnering with a highly successful FMCG client to find a robust and hands-on Warehouse Manager. We need a leader who can keep the engine running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What You Will Be Doing:
Directly manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of 30-35 warehouse staff, driving a culture of high performance and accountability.
Oversee daily goods-in, storage, picking, and dispatch operations, ensuring all KPIs around OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery are met.
Manage shift rotas, labour allocation, and equipment maintenance to handle peak production and seasonal volume spikes.
Identify bottlenecks in the warehouse flow and implement practical solutions to reduce waste, improve pick accuracy, and optimise space.
What We Are Looking For:
You must hold a valid IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certificate.
Demonstrable experience directly managing and developing teams of 30+ workers. You know how to build morale, manage absences, and handle HR-related floor issues.
Strong working knowledge of modern WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP platforms.
