Warehouse Operations Administrator

Short-Term Contract | 40 Hours | Immediate Start

£12.76 per hour

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Administrator to manage returned IT and EPOS equipment, keeping everything tracked, logged and processed correctly to support ongoing projects and field activity.

What you will be doing

Logging and processing returned equipment from engineers and sites
	
Checking returns against paperwork, records and system data
	
Recording serial numbers and tracking stock movements
	
Coordinating inspection, repair, refurbishment or disposal routes
	
Investigating missing or damaged items and flagging issues
	
Preparing equipment for testing, redeployment or vendor return
	
Keeping records, reports and documentation accurate and up to date

What you will need

Experience in warehouse administration, stock control or returns processing
	
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
	
Confidence using systems such as WMS, ERP or asset tracking
	
Good organisation and communication skills
	
Ability to handle high-volume administration in a fast-paced environment
