Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Logistics Operative to join our Operations team. You will help maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring materials and products are stored, handled, and rotated correctly to meet quality and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment

  2. Follow all company Health, Safety, and Hygiene procedures

  3. Store and rotate raw materials and finished goods correctly

  4. Ensure stock accuracy across all processes

  5. Keep records and data up to date for auditing purposes

  6. Support customer requirements through accurate and timely work

What We Offer

Full training provided

12-hour shift pattern

Supportive team and safe working environment

We run a consistent 28-day shift pattern - 12 hrs shifts ( 2 weeks on days and 2 weeks on nights )

  * Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

  * Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday

  * Then it repeats – 14 working days every 28 days, giving you a mix of full rest days and extended breaks.
