Warehouse Operative

£Negotiable plus excellent benefits

Our local clients are actively seeking a Warehouse Operative to join their busy and successful team in Huntingdon.

As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for receipt and shipping of products, booking goods in and out of the Warehouse Management System, packing and inspection of the finished products.

Main Responsibilities for the Warehouse Operative:

  * Cycle counting of material

  * Loading & unloading delivery/collection vehicles

  * Preparing shipment pallets

  * Packing & inspection of finished products

  * Creating product lables

  * Scanning products into the warehouse

  * Use of forklift trucks

  * Perform other warehouse duties as required

Skills & Experience for the Warehouse Operative:

  * Previous warehouse & forklift experience

  * Previous experience of packing high value goods

  * Must be physically able to lift heavy loads following H&S guidelines

  * Previous use of warehouse management system.

Working Hours for the Warehouse Operative:

Monday – Thursday 7:30am until 4:30pmFriday – 7:30am until 12:30pm
