Job Title: Warehouse Operator 🚛📦

Location: Lincoln Main works

💰 Hourly rate From: £15.26

🚗 Driving Required: Yes

⏰ Working Pattern: Full Time

The hours would be 07.30 -16.00 four days per week and 07.30 -14.00 one day per week ,with lunch taken away(this equates to 37 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

As a Material Handling Operator, your main duties will include:

Performing logistics processing, including Goods Receipt, Warehouse Management, Transport, and Dispatch
Ensuring the accuracy of incoming goods and addressing any visible damage
Operating equipment such as forklifts and hand-guided industrial trucks safely and efficiently
Maintaining data accuracy in our systems and conducting regular stock maintenance
Packing, assembling, and preparing deliveries according to shipping instructions
Safely transporting goods within and sometimes outside the premises 

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in Stores or material control (ideally within a rail environment)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements
Knowledge of health and safety practises
IT literacy, particularly in MS Office applications and SAP
A full driving licence and FLT experience 

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Experience in logistics processing in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with stock management systems 

Technologies:

Forklifts and hand-guided industrial trucks
MS Office Suite
