Warehouse Supervisor – Near Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire

Your key responsibilities:

  * Lead and motivate a team to consistently hit operational targets

  * Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch

  * Maintain high standards of health and safety through regular audits

  * Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory control

  * Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure smooth workflows

What we’re looking for:

  * Proven experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership

  * Strong leadership and communication skills

  * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively

  * Knowledge of warehouse management systems

  * Relevant Health and Safety qualifications (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely)

Shifts Available:

  * 6am - 6pm (4 on - 4off)

  * 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm rotation Monday -Friday

  * Midday to 9pm Sunday to Thursday
