Warehouse Team Lead - Permanent | Salary Negotiable + Overtime

We're hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to join a warehouse and distribution operation based in Lanarkshire. In this key supervisory role, you'll be responsible for leading a team, ensuring accurate despatch, maintaining inventory control and upholding high safety standards. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity offering a negotiable salary dependant on experience, a continental shift pattern and strong ongoing support to ensure you excel in the role.

The Opportunity:

Leading a small team of warehouse operatives across all warehouse functions including goods‑in, storage, picking, and despatch.
Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure goods are despatched accurately and efficiently.
Monitoring attendance, timekeeping, breaks and managing holiday plan to maintain adequate shift cover.
Regularly reviewing performance, coaching, and identifying training need within the team.
Ensuring all Health & Safety, warehouse procedures and compliance processes are followed in line with company standards.
Operate and update warehouse management systems to ensure accurate inventory control.
Responding professionally to any customer queries; escalating when required.
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
Support continuous improvement strategies across the operational areas.What we're looking for:

Previous experience leading at team within a warehouse & distribution environment.
A solid work history.
Clear, confident communication skills.
