TIG/MIG Welders Wanted - Immediate Starts
Location: Middlesbrough / Billingham
We are recruiting experienced TIG and MIG Welders for a leading manufacturing client in the Middlesbrough/Billingham area. These are temporary positions with the strong potential to become permanent for the right candidates.
🔑 Key Details
Hours:
MIG Welder / Some TIG - Billingham
Day Shift: 06:00-14:00
TIG Welder - Middlesbrough/Billingham
Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 20:45-06:00
Overtime availableContract: Temporary with potential permanent placement
📌 Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a production TIG/MIG welding role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Skills:
Strong TIG welding capability on stainless steel, galvanized, and mild steel
MIG welding experience with some TIG
Assessment: All candidates must pass a TIG welding test at interview
🛠 Responsibilities
Welding: Carry out TIG and MIG welding on a range of materials including stainless, galvanized, and mild steel
Fabrication: Work from shop drawings/blueprints to fabricate parts and components, including pipe welding
Safety: Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environmentCost Code: s96
