GBRS are currently looking for a Wheel Technician to join our client in Eastleigh’s Preparation team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing alloy wheel damage — including kerbing, scuffs, corrosion, and cracks.
Main responsibilities:
* Inspect alloy wheels for cosmetic and structural damage (scuffs, kerb damage, corrosion, cracks, buckles)
* Carry out diamond cut, powder coat, and paint finish repairs as required
* Refurbish wheels using appropriate machinery.
* Assess whether a wheel is repairable or requires replacement, escalating safety-critical damage
* Record all work completed accurately, including before/after photos
* Liaise with the Workshop Team Leader on job prioritisation and stock flow
