Wing Coordinator - Broughton (Onsite)

Are you a proactive, organised, and solutions-focused individual ready to make a real impact? We're looking for a Wing Coordinator to join our Planning and Logistics team at our Broughton site. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting production and logistics for one of the world's leading aerospace manufacturers.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive Production Success: Launch and manage daily production scheduling tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Collaborate & Communicate: Attend daily production meetings, report on progress, and work closely with teams across departments to resolve issues and adjust priorities.
Problem-Solve & Support: Monitor parts availability, manage work orders, and coordinate the flow of components-including handling missing parts and unexpected challenges.
Logistics Leadership: Oversee the distribution of components, manage outstanding logistics flows, and support the transfer of responsibilities both internally and externally.
Continuous Improvement: Take part in managing the supply of Wing Loose Items to all Final Assembly Lines, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.What We're Looking For
Experience in production planning, scheduling, or logistics (industry background is flexible-if you have the skills, we want to hear from you!)
A self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
