Job Description

As a Works Co-Ordinator in the not-for-profit sector, you'll be responsible for managing property-related tasks and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. This role is temporary and requires a detail-oriented individual to keep operations on track and efficient.

Description

Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repair works efficiently.
Act as the main point of contact between contractors and internal teams.
Keep accurate records of work orders and ensure timely updates.
Monitor progress and ensure all tasks meet set deadlines.
Resolve any issues that may arise during property projects.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support the team with administrative tasks related to property management.
Provide clear communication to all stakeholders regarding project status.Profile

A successful Works Co-Ordinator should have:
