kolt recruitment are looking for a Workshop Controller to join a busy accident repair centre in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader who can manage workflow, support technicians and keep the bodyshop running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

  * Overseeing daily workshop operations and job allocation

  * Managing workflow to ensure repairs are completed on time

  * Liaising with technicians, estimators and management

  * Quality-checking completed work before handover

  * Maintaining accurate job records and keeping systems updated

  * Ensuring a safe, efficient and productive workshop environment

Requirements

  * Experience as a workshop controller or senior bodyshop technician

  * Strong understanding of accident repair processes

  * Excellent communication and organisational skills

  * Ability to manage a busy workshop and meet deadlines

  * Confident in motivating and supporting a technical team
