Year 2 Teacher - Salford | Full-Time | September Start

Are you a passionate Year 2 Teacher looking for a new opportunity this September?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a welcoming primary school in Salford that is seeking a confident and enthusiastic teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. The role will begin in September and has the potential to be extended for the right candidate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who can create an engaging learning environment, build strong relationships with pupils and deliver high-quality lessons across the KS1 curriculum.

The successful Year 2 Teacher will:

Have experience teaching Year 2 or across KS1.
Have strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment expectations.
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support pupils of all abilities.
Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
Work effectively with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Requirements:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have the right to work in the UK.
Hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check suitable for working with children.
Have suitable references covering recent teaching experience.
Have a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to child protection.
Be able to provide evidence of relevant qualifications and teaching experience.
