Year 5 Teacher (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities: 
 
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the curriculum 
 
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment 
 
Set clear expectations and maintain strong behaviour management strategies 
 
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback 
 
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff 
 
The Ideal Candidate Will: 
 
Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 
 
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and consistency 
 
Be confident, organised, and resilient 
 
Have a passion for supporting pupils academic and personal development
