Job Description

1:1 Support Assistants required across Primary schools in Leeds

Do you have a passion for supporting children’s learning and development? We’re seeking  caring, committed, and capable 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our team in Leeds

Your Role Will Include:

Providing targeted support to  individual pupils with specific learning needs

Assisting with personalised learning plans and tailored strategies

Creating a positive, motivating and supportive learning environment

Working closely with teachers and specialist staff to ensure the pupil’s progress and wellbeing

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

Experience working with children, ideally including those with special educational needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help learners thrive

Relevant qualifications in education or SEND (beneficial but not required)
