Account Manager – IT Sector
Location: Buckinghamshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 basic + uncapped OTE

Our client delivers Microsoft Teams–integrated solutions that enhance communication, boost productivity, and connect hybrid workforces globally. Their portfolio includes UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions, helping organisations redefine the modern digital workplace.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the UK by managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing new business while expanding existing customer accounts

Selling UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients

Building strong, consultative relationships with customers and channel partners nationwide

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience selling UCaaS, contact centre, or connectivity solutions (e.g. RingCentral, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom)

A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

The ability to work independently while building long-term, value-driven customer relationships

Ideally based in or around London, with flexibility to travel into the city as required

The Package

Basic salary up to £40,000

Uncapped OTE of £70,000+

Hybrid working model, predominantly remote with regular London meetings
