We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our client’s busy office team. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone looking for a consistent Monday–Friday role with flexibility available for the right candidate.
🔎 Key Responsibilities

Handling telephone calls with suppliers and customers

Completing basic purchase ledger tasks
*
Taking and processing customer orders
*
Filing, post duties and general office administration
*
Inputting data into basic spreadsheets
*
Using MS Office daily
*
Supporting the admin team and providing holiday cover when required
