A well-established company in the Rubery area are seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent long-term opportunity to work for a highly reputable business.
Your responsibilities as Administrator will include -
Provide administrative support to Project Managers and the wider team.
Prepare and send quotations, process orders, and manage project documentation.
Maintain and update the in-house database and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Coordinate installation dates and liaise with clients and suppliers to streamline processes.
Monitor and action tasks via the shared admin email system
Handle general office administration while prioritising multiple tasks effectively.Ideally you will have the following skills & experience -
Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience
Excellent IT skills including using CRM systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyOn offer for this Administrator role -
Temp-to-perm role starting immediately
Monday - Friday office-based hours (4:30pm finish)
