Job Description

Temporary Administrator

The job will include 

Proofreading engineers’ worksheets for grammar, clarity, and completeness; calling the engineers to clarify their comments and chase quotes.
Assisting the scheduling manager with booking in maintenance and remedial jobs.
inputting invoices onto Sage 50 and sending out to customers
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Word/Excel 
We are open 8:30 - 5:00 Monday - Thursday and 8:30 - 4:00 on Friday with one-hour lunch breaks.
