Our electronics client is currently looking for an administrator to join their busy Southampton team.
This an excellent opportunity to join a growing and exciting company company in a position that offers a lot of variation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in any of the following areas, administration, production co-ordinator, shipping, customer service, project management or recruitment.
The day-to-day duties will include:
* Tracking parts and ensuring they arrive on time
* Tracking parts through the factory
* Ordering new equipment and parts
* Speaking to customers
* Speaking to freight and shipping companies to ensure products are packaged and sent on time
* Running a range of other projects
This position will also involve meeting and greeting new guests and setting a good impression of the company.
Salary:
£26,000p/a - £30,000p/a
Hours:
37.5hrs per week
Our client can be flexible in terms of hours work, for example,
