Administrator – Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)
 Location: Aldershot, GU11 2AA (100% office-based, no hybrid working)
 Contract: Full Time, Fixed Term (6 months)
 Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
 Salary: £25,000 – £26,250

About the Role

 Mainstay Recruitment are recruiting for an an organised and motivated Administrator to join a fast-paced team in Aldershot on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role focuses on managing and maintaining the billable works backlog from start to finish, ensuring data accuracy and effective communication across internal systems and service partners.
Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will be responsible for updating spreadsheets and using the Maximo system to manage workflows—tracking orders, issuing tasks, and closing out completed work. The role is deadline-driven and will suit someone who enjoys structure, organisation, and attention to detail. Full training will be provided, and you may also have opportunities to support other administrative teams within the Regional Service Centre.
About You

 This position is ideal for someone looking to build their career in administration. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively to tight deadlines. Experience in housing, property, or billable works administration would be an advantage, as would familiarity with Maximo or other CAFM systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Excel—is essential.
As the site is not accessible by public transport, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence. BPSS clearance will also be required.
