Administrator to the Projects Team
Job Location: Poole, Dorset
Job Type: Fixed term contract, up to 12 months
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, Depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

A long-standing, family-owned business based in Poole are looking to recruit a Administrator for their Projects Team
For over 40 years, they been the been helping some of the UK’s biggest brands in providing essential gear, equipment and smart systems, all from their operations based in Poole.
They are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the team with delivering a range of customer and internal projects.
This is a busy and varied role where you will be required to juggle multiple tasks at once, helping to come up with solutions to help solve their clients problems.
Within this role you will be;
* Assisting with customer project tasks
* Set up and update product information
* Coordinate the set‑up and amendments of shipping
* Produce commercial invoices
* Carry out occasional order processing when needed
For this role you will have;
* Previous administration experience
* Excellent Excel skills as this will be used to log information
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
