Adult Care Workers in Derbyshire.

We are currently seeking experienced Adult Care Workers to join our agency team and support our client’s elderly residential services across Derbyshire. Shifts are ad-hoc, flexible, and available Monday through Sunday, offering you the choice to pick up work that fits your schedule.

RATE: £12.21 ph (PAYE)
TYPE: LOCUM
HOURS: Full and part time hours considered.
GROUP: elderly residential care homes

Shift Patterns Available
• 06:00 – 13:00 / 13:30
• 07:00 – 14:30
• 07:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 07:00 (Nights)

About the role
You will be working within elderly residential care homes, supporting individuals with a range of complex and sometimes challenging needs. Personal care is an essential part of the role, and candidates must have prior experience in adult residential settings.
Medication Administration training/experience is highly desirable.

Requirements

  * Experience in adult residential or elderly care settings

  * Confident delivering personal care

  * Medication Administration training (preferred)

  * Reliable, compassionate, and committed to person-centred care

  * Able to work ad-hoc shifts across a 7-day rota as needed
