Job Description

Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join a well-established practice in Bristol, working across commercial and defence projects.
  
 This Bristol studio forms part of a larger architectural group, offering the stability of a national business with the feel of a close-knit local team.
  
 You'll be joining at an exciting time, supporting the delivery of fast-moving technical projects.
  
 The Bristol office is based in one of the city's most creative districts, surrounded by independent cafés, studios and waterfront spaces, with strong transport links into central Bristol and beyond. It's a collaborative environment where communication and technical accuracy matter.
  
 The Role: Architectural Technologist 
  
Focuses on RIBA Stages 4-6. 
You'll produce detailed working drawing packages 
Support construction-stage coordination and work closely with consultants and internal teams to keep projects moving. 
Revit is central to the workflow, so strong BIM capability is essential.  You'll receive structured mentoring and support towards MCIAT if you're working towards chartership, alongside ongoing CPD and technical development. The wider group structure provides solid backing while maintaining a strong Bristol identity.
  
 Salary: £30,000-£36,000
  
 To Be Considered:- Architectural Technologist 
  
Experience working as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice 
Confident in delivering detailed technical information through RIBA Stages 4, 5 and 6. 
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, CDM responsibilities
