Job Description

Konker is working with a well-known and respected practice in Bristol who are seeking an Experienced Architectural Technologist/Architectural Technician to join their team.

 You will be working on leisure, student accommodation schemes and large residential developments.

 The people at this practice pride themselves on designing environments that build a sense of community and well-being that look great at the same time!

 Key responsibilities: Architectural Technologist
  
Produce, coordinate review detailed technical drawings and Revit models. 
Contribute to BIM standards, workflows and best practice. 
Review and manage technical packages. 
Mentor and support junior team members. 
Act as technical lead across multiple RIBA stages. 
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, whilst supporting the Project Architect.  About you: Architectural Technologist
  
CIAT registered with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience. 
Prior experience leading the delivery of production packages on residential projects. 
Proven experience using Revit in practice, including family creation and editing. 
Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.  What’s in it for you:
