Role Responsibilities for the Area Sales Manager

  * Drive Sales Success – Take ownership of your territory by delivering ambitious sales targets, executing strategic business plans, and identifying opportunities to maximise growth across your customer base.

  * Build Meaningful Customer Partnerships – Develop long-term relationships with key pharmacy customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business to create tailored, win-win solutions that deliver real value.

  * Grow and Develop Your Territory – Shape and implement a territory business plan, identify new account opportunities, and ensure new customers receive a first-class onboarding and training experience.
