📍 Bridgwater Area, Somerset
 💼 Full Time | Temp-to-Perm
 💰 MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Prospero Teaching is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in the Bridgwater area to recruit a talented and creative Art & Photography Teacher.

This is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking department, delivering inspiring lessons that encourage creativity, expression, and technical skill.

✨ The Role

You will teach Art and Photography across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop their creative voice and confidence while building strong practical skills.

The role will involve:

Delivering engaging and high-quality Art & Photography lessons
Encouraging experimentation with a range of media and techniques
Developing students' visual literacy and critical thinking
Supporting students to explore their own creative identity
Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing Art & Design department

✅ The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Experience teaching Art and/or Photography at KS3 and KS4
✅ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✅ A creative and engaging teaching style
✅ Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the arts
✅ A team-focused approach and willingness to contribute
