Assistant Branch Manager - Redditch
 Salary: £32,000-£37,000 (OTE £38,000-£40,000) + Quarterly Bonus + Profit Share
 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our Redditch branch to join a supportive and energetic team. What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Branch Manager to run a professional, efficient branch.
Managing and motivating a small team to achieve high standards of service and operational excellence.
Maintaining high standards of organisation and presentation across the warehouse and trade counter.
Building and sustaining professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
Overseeing stock management and branch operations to ensure smooth daily functioning. 

Essential skills & qualities:

Hardworking, ambitious, and business-minded.
Experience managing and motivating a small team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A great team player who is committed to going above and beyond.
Good product knowledge and willingness to learn. 

Desirable skills:

Sales experience within the electrical industry.
Knowledge of the local area's infrastructure.
Valid UK driving licence (not essential if candidate is exceptional).

Working schedule:
Wednesday-Friday: 7:00 am-5:30 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am-12:00 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)
Sunday: Closed
Monday-Tuesday: 7:00 am-5:30 pm 

Who we're looking for:
 We want someone with strong character, who takes pride in their work. Candidates with experience in electrical wholesale are ideal, but those with management experience in a similar environment will also be considered.
