Job Description

Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)
Bradford 
Full-time Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm + on call 
£36,000 - £40,000

Are you an experienced Deputy Manager, Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with a background in EBD Residential Child Care? Want to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people? Join Bridge2Future Care Group in our specialist EBD home in Bradford.

Some on-call and occasional shift cover may be required.

What We’re Looking For

Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting young people with social, emotional or behavioural needs
At least 1 year’s experience leading shifts
Full UK manual driving licence
Ability to work occasional shifts/sleep-ins
Key Responsibilities

Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations
Ensure high-quality, individualised care for young people
Safeguard and support young people, acting as a positive role model
Lead and supervise staff, including supervisions and appraisals
Plan and oversee shifts and ensure safe risk management
Work directly with young people to help them achieve positive outcomes
Maintain accurate reports and documentation
Create and review care plans, risk assessments and behaviour plans
