What You'll Bring (The Essentials)
We're looking for a natural leader who is ready to grow with us.

Essential: Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 3 (or equivalent).
*
Essential: A willingness to undertake a leadership and management course (we can support this!).
*
Essential: Full UK driving licence, own transport, and Class 1 business insurance.
*
Essential: An Enhanced DBS check will be required.
*
Proven experience in managing or supervising a team in a domiciliary care setting.
*
Strong knowledge of dementia care and person-centred values.
*
A genuine passion for technology and its potential in care.
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build compassionate relationships.
*
A good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and health & safety.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
While no two days are the same, your core responsibilities will include:

Service Development: Leading the launch and promotion of our new dementia care service.
*
Tech Champion: Acting as the go-to expert for Isaac Care technology, training staff and integrating it into care packages.
*
Team Leadership: Managing the full staff lifecycle, including training, supervisions, mentoring, and support.
*
Quality & Compliance: Ensuring the safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of care that meets all CQC and legislative requirements.
*
Client Management: Acting as the first point of contact for clients and families, conducting assessments, and creating person-centred support plans.
