Assistant Manager | 36 Hour Contract - Salary up to €32,000 | Premium Customer Service Retailer | Dublin

Are you an experienced Assistant Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams?

We are currently recruiting for an exciting Assistant Manager opportunity with a premium customer service-led retailer in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and well-established business where customer experience, team development and commercial performance are at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.

Lead, motivate and develop a team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

Drive sales and commercial performance through strong KPI management.

Create a premium customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.

Coach team members to improve performance and develop their skills.

Support with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.

Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store standards.

Assist with stock management, loss prevention and operational processes.

Deputise for the Store Manager when required.

About You

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who:

Is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Has proven experience leading, coaching and developing a team.

Is commercially driven and confident working with KPIs and sales targets.

Leads by example and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Takes pride in maintaining high standards and creating a welcoming customer environment.
