We're currently looking for Autism Support Assistants to join our education supply agency. We offer a variety of placements - from day-to-day supply cover to longer-term assignments - in schools that provide specialist support for children with additional needs.

Providing 1:1 or small group support for children with Autism and related communication or sensory needs
Supporting the class teacher in delivering structured, engaging, and inclusive learning activities
Implementing strategies to manage behaviour and promote positive learning outcomes
Assisting with social skills, emotional regulation, and independence development
Creating a safe, nurturing, and encouraging classroom environmentRequirements:
Experience supporting children or young people with Autism (school, nursery, or care setting)
A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or SEN support (desirable but not essential)Apply Today!
