Ensure available homes are advertised and allocated effectively to eligible applicants.
Coordinate viewings and manage tenancy sign-ups with prospective tenants.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure properties are ready for occupancy.
Maintain accurate records and update systems with allocation and tenancy details.
Respond promptly to enquiries from applicants and tenants regarding available properties.
Provide reports and updates on property availability and allocation progress.
