Behaviour Mentor – Immediate Start
 Location: Enfield
 Contract: Full-time | Long-term (potential to go permanent)
 Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Milk Education is seeking a compassionate, resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils in a vibrant and inclusive school in Enfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people.

About the Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

Support pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs

Use de-escalation strategies and positive behaviour techniques

Build trusting, consistent relationships with students

Work 1:1 or in small groups to remove barriers to learning

Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff and SENCOs

Help create a calm, safe and engaging school environment

Contribute to behaviour plans and intervention strategies

Act as a positive role model at all times

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Patient, empathetic and emotionally intelligent

Confident working with challenging behaviour

Experienced in a school, youth work or SEN environment

Skilled in restorative approaches and behaviour management

Able to stay calm under pressure

A strong communicator with a team-first attitude

Committed to supporting young people to make positive choices

Requirements

Experience working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting

A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

Right to work in the UK

Relevant training in behaviour management (desirable but not essential)
