Job Description

Job Title: BMS Installation Engineer / BMS Electrician
Location: Static Site – South West London
Contract Type: Contract (Day Rate)
Pay: £220 – £250 per day (DOE)

Overview:
My Client is seeking an experienced BMS Installation Engineer / BMS Electrician to join a static site in South West London. The role involves the installation, wiring, and commissioning support of Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated controls.

Responsibilities:

  * 

    Install and terminate BMS control panels, field devices, and cabling.

  * 

    Work from wiring diagrams and schematic drawings.

  * 

    Carry out fault finding and testing of control systems.

  * 

    Liaise with site supervisors and commissioning engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.

  * 

    Maintain site safety standards and adhere to project timelines.

Requirements:

  * 

    Proven experience in BMS or controls installation (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, etc. preferred).

  * 

    ECS/CSCS card essential.

  * 

    Good understanding of electrical schematics and control wiring.

  * 

    Ability to work independently on a static site.

  * 

    Own tools and PPE required.

Contract Details:

  * 

    Start: Immediate / ASAP

  * 

    Duration: 3-4 weeks (can extend further)

  * 

    Rate: £230 – £250 per day (depending on experience)
