Job Description

BMS Project Manager 

Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who is a market leading, global manufacturer within the Building Management systems industry. 

Due to continued growth and further project wins across the South West, they are currently recruiting for a project manager. 

Salary / Benefits: 

£60,000 - £70,000
Company Bonus scheme

The Role: 

As a project manager, you will be responsible for delivering work packages safely, within budget, on time and to client specifications
Managing a leading project in the South West, Dorchester area along with projects in Hampshire
Produce and manage all contractual aspects of the projects, including payments, variations, notices, extensions of time, claims for loss and expense and dispute resolution
Provide technical support to both customers and engineering teams 

Requirements: 

Experienced in a similar project management or contract management position
Ideally strong knowledge within Building management systems
Be a strong leader and communicator
Experienced delivering BMS Projects.
