Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple residential groundworks contracts from start to completion.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, site teams, and subcontractors.
Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Report progress to senior management and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within groundworks or civil engineering.
Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Full UK driving licence.
