Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Upper KS2 | Bridgnorth | Full-Time
Are you a level three teaching assistant looking for a new, high-impact role in bridgnorth? We are recruiting a committed, reliable, and enthusiastic professional to join a thriving Upper KS2 team and help drive strong pupil progress across the year.
This position is ideal for a level three teaching assistant who is confident delivering high-quality learning, can follow teacher planning with precision, and is capable of stepping in to lead the class effectively when the Deputy Head is unavailable. You’ll play a key role in supporting high standards across the school and contributing to an ambitious, supportive teaching team.
📍 Location: Bridgnorth
📅 Contract: Full-time, two terms (12-week placement initially, with a clear opportunity for temp-to-perm after 12 weeks). Start date: 6th January, with the potential for an earlier start for the right candidate.
⏰ Hours: 8:45am–3:15pm (flexibility required for additional hours)
💷 Pay: £100–£140 per day, dependent on experience
