Business Development Executive – Glasgow
We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our clients UK Commercial team. This role focuses on driving new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering innovative solutions across safety and digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in the UK and internationally.
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Develop tailored proposals and manage tender processes.
* Achieve revenue and growth targets while providing market insights.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in business development or sales, not an account manager.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial acumen and ability to identify market trends.
* Preference for candidates with experience in training, oil & gas, renewables, or utilities sectors.
Location: Glasgow - Time spent in the office, but travel will be required
