Business Development Executive 

Are you a motivated Field Sales professional with experience of Contract selling?

Can you demonstrate your ability to win new clients and keep them?

Location: Tonbridge | Sevenoaks | Tunbridge Wells | Medway | Swale | Dartford | South East (SE Postcodes)
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (1 day per week in the office)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission OTE 45K +
Additional: £5,400 car allowance + £960 mobile/Wi‑Fi allowance + fuel expenses

About the Role

We're looking for ambitious, energetic Field Sales Executives to join a thriving hygiene services company with a fantastic reputation and growing client base across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

What You'll Do

Generate new business via door‑to‑door prospecting and focused telephone campaigns
Present consultatively to business clients - no hard sell, just smart selling
Maintain loyal client relationships through exceptional service
Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top‑tier delivery for your customers

What You'll Bring

Full clean driving licence and your own car (business‑insured)
Previous B2B or field sales experience - or drive and talent to prove yourself rapidly
Proactive, goal‑driven attitude with resilience and self‑motivation
