Job Description

JOB – Design Engineer / CAD Engineer

LOCATION – Northamptonshire

TERM – Permanent

SALARY – £24,000 – £25,000 per annum
 
My client work within design and manufacturing and they are looking to take on a CAD Engineer.

The CAD Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency with CAD software - ideally SolidWorks
Have good technical/ engineering knowledge and experience
Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
Have excellent communication skills
Time management skillsThe CAD Engineer role will involve:

Working within the engineering team on projects
Modelling parts using SolidWorks CAD software
Producing design proposals and engineered solutions to match the brief
