We are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a Car Sales Executive within a premier dealership in Slough. Our client, a well-established main dealer with multiple franchises, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join their thriving team. 

This Car Sales Executive role offers a highly rewarding environment, characterised by high enquiry volumes and a professional, modern working setting.

 Benefits:

Basic salary between £15,000 and £20,000, with potential earnings exceeding £50,000 OTE
Lucrative commission structure with top performers earning between £80,000 and £90,000 annually
Guaranteed earnings for the first two months to support a smooth onboarding process
Over 500 customer enquiries monthly driven by targeted advertising campaigns
Monday to Saturday working week with a day off in the week, no Sundays required
Modern, well-equipped dealership sites with a focus on high-end part exchanges and new technology

Engage proactively with a high volume of customer enquiries and convert these into sales
Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term relationships with clients
Promote and sell new and used vehicles, specialising in high-end part exchanges and advanced tech features
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to the final closing of deals
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets
Assist in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and dealership presentationRequirements:

Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a franchise motor trade environment
Strong understanding of car sales processes and customer relationship management
Passionate about cars with a focus on delivering excellent service
Driven, dynamic, and target-orientated individual
