Internal Sales Manager

£37,500 - £42,500 + Commission / Bonus + Industry Training + Progression + Autonomy + Private Healthcare + Incentives + Benefits

Office-based, commutable from Gloucester, Cirencester, Stonehouse, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and surrounding areas

Do you have experience in internal sales within an engineering, manufacturing, service or similar technical environment and are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skillset, take the lead within a sales team and play a key role in the future growth of an established business?

This industry-leading business operates within a specialist niche, providing clients with end-to-end engineering solutions. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to take ownership of the internal sales function and contribute directly to the company's continued success.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Working within a close-knit team, you will become a key point of contact across the sales function, with the opportunity to develop and expand the team as the business grows.

This role would suit an ambitious and motivated sales professional from a technical background who is looking to make their mark within a growing specialist business, utilise their existing skillset and take the next step into a leadership position.

The Role:
 *Internal Sales Management - 50/50 split between new and existing clients
 *Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities
 *Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
 *Lead, develop and grow the internal sales team
 *Take ownership of the internal sales function and contribute to wider business growth

The Person:
 *Previous sales experience within an internal sales environment
 *Background within an engineering, manufacturing, technical or service-based industry
 *Ambitious and motivated, with the drive to make a significant impact within a growing business
 *Strong communication and relationship-building skills
 *Full UK Driving Licence
