Care Coordinator – Domiciliary & Complex Care 📍 Chichester 💰 £26,000 per annum + £260/month on-call allowance We are seeking a highly organised and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our growing domiciliary and complex care team in Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.About the Role As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of care services.
